The American singer has sold her pad overlooking the exclusive Hualalai Resort in Hawaii for $8.72 million, with the venue being one of the stops during the 2010 Champions Tour season.

Among the features of the home that the buyer can expect to enjoy from the Balinese style residence are an outdoor living area, a master wing and infinity pool with spa, while also watching some great players performing with their golf equipment.

The sale was one of five homes to be moved on at the auction on January 18th, with the combined cost reaching almost $20 million.
