Pensioner holds Trump card over golf course developers

An 80-year-old is hoping the building of a £1 billion golf course in Scotland will help him secure a house in Florida.
Vic Henderson lives in a two-bedroom cottage on the Menie estate in Aberdeenshire, where Donald Trump has planning permission to build two golf courses and a hotel, the Scottish Sun reports.
As such, negotiations are underway between developers and Mr Henderson concerning the acquisition of the property, and while some locals are reluctant to relinquish their land the pensioner is more than happy to do a deal.
However, Mr Henderson said he expects a sweetener in return - and has set his sights on a pad in sunnier climes.
"The golf course is really exciting. I'd be happy to move for it," he told the news provider.
"Mr Trump can have my house for nothing, if he gives me another. I'd like to stay on the estate. But if he wants to send me to somewhere like Florida, I wouldn't have any problems."
Trump is an enthusiastic golfer and can often be seen hitting golf balls at the prestigious Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, New York.
