A number of youngsters from Lancashire are celebrating after sinking holes in one during club competitions.
Josh Kilbridge, 11, from Nelson and 12-year-old Eric Brennand of Great Harwood made the achievements while playing at the Harry Proctor Cup and Diana Princess of Wales Charity Medal respectively, according to the Lancashire Telegraph.
The news source said that Brennand managed to claim his ace at the par three sixth hole, after hitting a five iron from 182 yards.
Kilbridge's feat also came on a par three sixth hole, although the youngster eventually lost out to Adam Delooze for the winner's medal.
Another youth golfer also celebrated nailing a hole in one this week in Lancashire, with 14-year-old Jon Kadic hitting his tee shot straight into the cup at Accrington Golf Club.
"He's not been playing at Accrington that long but he really enjoys the course. He’s kept the hole-in-one golf ball," his mum Karen told the Lancashire Telegraph.
