Former US Masters champion Mike Weir has joined the growing band of players who are backing golf's inclusion at the 2016 Olympic Games.
High-ranking golf officials were in Beijing for this summer's games to lobby the International Olympic Committee to include the sport as one of its wide-ranging schedule of events in ten years time.
