PGA Tour players
Rickie Fowler and Hunter Mahan have found one way to beat the winter blues and keep on top of their game by entering the Thailand Golf Championship this coming December.
Both players announced their participation at the tournament scheduled to take place December 12-15 and are looking forward to building on achievements from the 2013 season.
“It has been a good year for me. I have had some great results and a number of top-10s, but I am still looking for my first win," said 31-year-old Mahan. “Amata Spring is a beautiful course and one that suits my game very well. It would certainly be a great place to finish the year with a victory. I am definitely up for the challenge.”
While the younger Fowler is excited to be experiencing Thailand for the first time.
“I love to travel and guys on the Tour who have played in Thailand like Bubba Watson and Hunter Mahan have told me how much they love it so I thought it was about time I came to see for myself. I'm looking forward to the food and the famous Thai hospitality and of course the wonderful golf.”
