Harrington and Mediate end droughts as Green wins in Portugal

Monday, 18 October 2010 05:17 PM Padraig Harrington finally got back to winning ways yesterday October 17th by triumphing on his Asian Tour debut at the Johor Open. The Irishman has struggled for form in the past couple of years after remodelling his swing following a purple patch of three major wins inside 13 months. Indeed, he had not tasted glory since his US PGA Championship success in August 2008 until securing a three-shot win over South Koreas Noh Seung-yul. Harrington, who uses an Odyssey Golf White Ice 2-Ball Blade putter, carded a final round of 69 as he finished on 20 under par at the Horizon Hills Golf and Country Club.
