Three teenage vandals have been arrested in the US state of Indiana after using scores of golf balls to terrorise their neighbourhood.
A pair of 17-year-olds and a 14-year-old boy were found in a car in the town of Terre Haute carrying a gym bag full of golf balls.
They had used the spheres to throw at the windows of houses and cars in a senseless wrecking spree.
Officers were alerted to the gang after they spotted a ball being thrown at a parked vehicle from a passing car.
Local resident Alice Williamson told WHTITV: "I would be happy if the parents brought the kids here so they could tell us how sorry they are.I think you need to grow up, you know it's not your stuff."
The youngsters were arrested on charges of criminal mischief and violating their curfew.
