Darren Clarke does not intend to rest on his laurels following a BMW Open victory in Shanghai on Sunday (April 27th).
The Northern Ireland man has no time to bask in the achievement of his first European Tour title in five years with the Spanish Open at the Real Club de Golf de Sevilla teeing off on Thursday (May 1st).
Clarke has signalled an intention to build on his well-earned win in China, where he holed a 40 foot putt on the 18th to take the crown ahead of second-place Robert-Jan Derksen.
The Ulsterman commented: "I just want to keep playing the way I have been playing this week.
"I want to keep playing golf. I think there is a lot of good golf in me yet and as frustrating a time as it has been, it is nice to see the work paying off."
The Real Club de Golf de Sevilla, designed by two-time US Masters winner Jose Maria Olazabel, will be staging the Spanish Open for the first time.
