The new Di11 Steel Irons from Wilson Staff are the newest, most forgiving irons from Wilson Staff. The Di11 is more powerful, more accurate and more fun to play. The Di11 irons pulls weight low to promote a higher ball flight and back from the club face for better head stability and straighter ball flight. The ultra-wide sole is designed to improve turf interaction, allowing it to glide over tight lies and get through heavy rough. Weight is also removed from the perimeter of the face and inside the cavity towards the heel to create a large, unsupported face.

The urethane medallion from the Di9 was removed to pick up weight and replaced by a coating of lightweight elastomer used on the underside of bridges to dampen vibration from traffic. Di11 Irons have a new sweetspot stretched across the whole face which is larger than most conventional irons to make them more forgiving. This stretches to the toe area where most amateur mis-hits occur. In other words, mis-hits out of the toe perform more like those out of the centre of the club face. The Di11 is quite simply one of the longest and most forgiving irons ever made.They deliver new higher performance for distance superiority, greater accuracy & improved feel.

• A proprietary co-curing process fuses a graphite section with a steel section into a single high performance shaft that out performs its steel and graphite counterparts in distinct areas. For the low-to-mid swing speed player, this patent-pending half and half shaft adds clubhead speeds and overall distance without sacrificing the pinpoint accuracy expected from steel.
• Stability, Speed and Feel : Wilson’s patented wide-tip technology is applied to super lightweight shafts from UST and True Temper. While the wide tip controls twisting inherent in today’s oversized iron heads, the reduced weight generates maximum clubhead speed for even greater distance. This is the softest wide-tip shaft ever produced.
• Wilson Staff Dampening System : The thicker urethane insert in the heel serves as a shock trap that reduces vibrations and sweetens up the heel area of the clubface for a better all round feel.
