Jordan Spieth Wins 3-man Playoff at Valspar Championship
American golfer Jordan Spieth is proving he can handle the high-pressure stakes on Tour.  Beating Patrick Reed and Sean O’Hair in a playoff to win yesterday’s Valspar Championship.

Heading into the final round one-stroke behind the leader, Spieth spent Sunday fighting his way up the leaderboard.  With an arsenal including the Titleist 915D2 Driver, the Titleist Vokey Design SM5 Wedge and the Titleist 915Hd Hybrid, the young golfer played an incredible final three holes to ensure his place in the playoff.

Once there, Spieth’s instincts took over as the Titleist player made a sensational birdie on the third playoff hole to secure his first victory since the 2013 John Deere Classic.

Talking about his winning putt Spieth commented, “That’s just luck.  Guess it was my day.”

At just 21-years of age, Spieth’s latest success makes him only the fourth player since 1940 to win two PGA Tour titles before turning 22.  Joining an elite group that includes Tiger Woods, Sergio Garcia and Robert Gamez.

The young golfer will now be hoping to carry the momentum forward as he looks ahead to his second chance at the Masters, where he finished T2 last spring.
