Taylor Made's MWT (Movable Weight Technology) has been combined with a traditionally shaped Steel head to make the r7 Steel fairway wood a very powerful tool!

• Two TaylorMade Launch Control (TLC) Ports
• 16 grams of movable weight — 2-gram TLC cartridge and 14-gram TLC cartridge
• High-strength steel composition
• Same traditional shape as the tour-proven r7 TP and V Steel
• Relatively shallow face helps make the r7 Steel exceptionally easy to launch
• Perimeter-positioned TLC ports increase MOI, promoting greater stability on mis-hits
• Swing-weight plug permanently positioned in the back of the clubhead (1) Moves weight from the front of the clubhead to the back to enhance CG position (2) Allows TaylorMade engineers to quickly and easily adjust the club's swing weight during production

The r7 Steel fairway is constructed from high strength Steel. This has saved weight and allowed the Taylor Made designers to use the MWT (Movable Weight Technology). Not only does this provide extra distance and accuracy but each individual golfer can configure the weights for a fade or draw bias.

1 x 2-gram and 1 x 14 gram weight cartridges come fitted to the r7 Steel fairway as standard. This gives the player a possible shot-shape movement of 15 yards to best suit their own swing characteristics.
