Adam Scott Selects New Caddie for 2015

Adam Scott has revealed his new caddie, just in time for the New Year.  Announcing last week that he has selected Zimbabwean, Mike Kerr to be on his bag full-time.

The former number one was forced to part ways with his previous caddie, Steve Williams after the latter decided he could no longer commit to a full-season schedule.

Working with Williams over the last three years proved positive for Scott.  Helping him to become the first Australian to win the Masters as well as reaching the top spot in the world rankings during this time.

Over the past few months Scott tried out different options on his bag before choosing Kerr whom he used during the Australian Open in November and the Australian PGA Championship in December.

In a statement the current world number three stated, “I'm delighted that Mike has accepted my offer and I am confident that he will be a valuable member of my team for 2015 and beyond.”

Kerr has previously worked with Ernie Els, Lee Westwood, Miguel Angel Jimenez and most recently Thorbjorn Olesen.

Scott will be hoping his new bag man can have the same effect the last one did on his game as he begins the chase to regain his number one spot.
