adidas Unveils Latest Golf Shoe Models

by Maura Hutchinson

This week adidas Golf announced their newest golf shoe creations, both featuring an unrivalled combination of spike and spikeless cleats.

The adicross gripmore and the pure 360 gripmore sport utilise ground breaking gripmore technology to give wearers more stability and traction on the course. Unlike traditional spiked golf shoes, that require receptacles to house cleats on the sole, gripmore cleats are directly injected onto lightweight mesh matting inclusive of hundreds of micro spikes.

Beyond providing incredible grip these latest models are also green friendly. Offering players the ultimate in terms of innovation, performance and style throughout 18 holes.

Available to the market this June, gripmore technology is already being put to use by some of the biggest names on the PGA Tour. Matt Kuchar was seen sporting the adicross gripmore as he won the RBC Heritage last Sunday.

Justin Rose is also a fan.  With the Englishman debuting the shoe in March at the WGC-Cadillac Championship.

“With gripmore, I have the versatility of a spikeless shoe combined with the performance of a cleated shoe,” said the U.S. Open winner. “It’s the best of both styles.”

With glowing references, two incredible styles and range of fantastic colour ways, we can’t wait for June!
