Not many kids take to golf as passionately as Tommy. With his drive and determination to play made only the more impressive by the fact he was born without the lower part of his right arm.
By 18 months his parents say his love of golf was more then apparent with the then-toddler getting frustrated if they tried to switch the golf over for cartoons. Over the past couple of years Tommy has taken that love even further, accompanying his dad to the golf course as often as possible and gaining national attention in the U.S. for his incredible story.
Tommy has been featured on some big name U.S. television shows, including Golf Channel’s Morning Drive as well as the Ellen DeGeneres Show. After learning Tommy calls his right arm “Nemo,” DeGeneres even surprised the boy with an amazing Nemo-themed golf cart.
