We enlisted Mark Crossfield to trial and test out the new Callaway X Forged Irons. These irons have burst onto the scene recently and have gone straight into the bag of many Callaway Tour players. They are a Cavity back iron with a small compact head, so they look and perform like a blade.
You will see the benefits of both forgiveness and higher launching characteristics in the Cavity back for those off-centre hits. As Mark says they are a really strong club and worth trying when you are looking for your next set of irons.
