Patrick Reed Wins Humana Challenge with the New Big Bertha Alpha Driver
Patrick Reed might only be 23 years old but that doesn’t mean he can’t keep his cool amongst some of the most seasoned players on the PGA Tour. The Callaway player more than proved his worth this weekend, winning the Humana Challenge with an incredible 28-under par.

While his final round on Sunday wasn’t perfect, Reed had given himself quite the head start. Setting a new PGA Tour 54-hole record after shooting consecutive 63s in the first three rounds. Reed now joins Rory McIlroy and Harris English as the only under-25s on Tour with multiple wins.

Reed’s latest win also signaled a victory for Callaway golf as it gave the new Big Bertha Alpha driver it’s first success on Tour. The Texan definitely feels the experienced brand is a good fit for his game.

“I’m a totally different golfer than last year at this time. I have Callaway equipment now, the equipment’s been amazing. I absolutely love the new equipment.

After securing the $1.03 million USD purse, Reed was also given the opportunity to speak with former President Bill Clinton, who told the young golfer he had been “a lot of fun to watch.
