The CCi (Composite Cavity Insert) Forged irons are made from a soft 1025 Carbon Steel and have the attributes the accomplished player requires - thin topline, minimal offset and a high level of workability.  The Nike CCI Forged iron should not be confused with the Nike CCI Cast Irons, which are manufactured using a different process which does not give the clubs the unique feel of a forged iron.
