Product Description for Nike CCi Forged Irons
As Used by Stewart Cink to win the Open!

Eliminating the element of surprise
As played by Eurpoean and US PGA tour players such as Stephen Ames, K J Choi, Stewart Cink and Paul Casey.
Nike Golf Irons won more PGA Tour events in 2005 and 2006 than any other brand, they know a thing or two about predictability. The CCi (Composite Cavity Insert) Forged irons are made from a soft 1025 Carbon Steel and have the attributes the accomplished player requires - thin topline, minimal offset and a high level of workability.  The Nike CCI Forged iron should not be confused with the Nike CCI Cast Irons, which are manufactured using a different process which does not give the clubs the unique feel of a forged iron.

  • Composite Cavity Insert Technology enhances forgiveness and feel.
  • Forged 1025 Carbon Steel construction.
  • Accomplished player preferred thin topline, minimal offset and high level of workability.
  • CNC milled flat faces ensure uniform ball compression for predictable distances and shot patterns.
  • Nike Tour Velvet grips by Golf Pride.

all this rubbish about you should be a mid to low handicapper to be able to play well with these clubs, i\'m a 20 handicapper and i hit these irons like a dream but i have to say there not that forgiving and they don\'t suit everyone as my friend with ping i10\'s can\'t hit them that well and he is off 11 neither can my other friend who is off 7 so it just depends on the style you play.

I bought these irons almost 6 months ago and I\'m very pleased even though my handicap is 12,5. I have played only 13 rounds so far during the season but my handicap has still on the same level as it was in the beginning of the season. Never used a pro but I feel that my swing has improved quite a lot during the season. Thanks for the clubs feedback what give. I like the way they look and the feel. These clubs creates a lot of spin which I assume has helped me alot. My previous clubs had regular shafts but these clubs have stiff and still I will get at least distance than I had with previous clubs. With longer irons I gan hit the ball further but with smaller clubs maybe a bit shorter because of the spin.

Really good set of irons. Brilliant for mid range handicappers like myself. I have found them very forgiving and although at first my distance wasn\'t as good as my previous set, I have now acustomed to them and can hit a good 10-20 yards further. Would recommend to anyone. Great value as well. One of the cheapest prices I have seen, I wish I had seen them here before buying mine!

these irons are amazing but suited more to a lower to mid handicap like 1 to 12 or 13 they have a good feel on well struck shots and have a very rewarding flite thanks to the dynamic golf shaft no.1 shaft on tour. the irons have deep grooves and give exeptional spin brilliant and are very cheap for what you are getting great irons thank you golf online

What a set of irons! I must say they are for the better golfer and it took me a while to get used to, but now I cant bear to be without them. The feel they give is just superb, and they look pretty hot too. Cant believe they are so cheap now too - a definate bargain. Thanks golf online!

When i bought the irons i didnt know what to expect. i took them out to the range and hit an estimated 10-20 yards further. it has lowered my handicap by 5 and it is still coming down.
