It comes in a relatively small box, giving you exactly the size that it can be, altough it is mounted. Only the wheels are loose, but that is ment to be when you use it.
The straps are included, so do not buy an additional set unless you need spares.
I wonder how long it lasts but I am buying another one for my son, just to find out what weight it can handle ove time.
