John Daly has already made his own decision on who he would like to portray his life should his story be made into a Hollywood film.
The American golfer has had his fair share of ups and downs in his lifetime and has decided that enough has happened to make a successful book.
However, he is already looking beyond this and has selected which actors would be best representing him on the big screen.
He has singled out The King of Queens star Kevin James to play the early part of his career, with Matt Damon taking over to do the more recent scenes after the golfer underwent weight-loss surgery.
Daly said: "I saw him [Damon] in Bagger Vance. If I can get him to take the club back a little further, he'd be perfect.
"The tough part is who would play me at 290 pounds. Kevin James, now he's my bud so I hate to say he's a little big but he'd be good."
Meanwhile, the 43-year-old added that another tough decision regarding the possible film would be who will play all of his wives after four marriages.
Daly has also registered success with his
golf clubs and
golf balls during his career, having won the 1991 PGA Championship and 1995 Open Championship, alongside five triumphs in PGA Tour events.
