A recent review of the
Callaway RAZR X Tour Irons has suggested that the clubs are so well made that even shots that are hit badly will find the target.
According to their manufacturers, the irons are designed for low-to-mid handicap players that want a combination of playability and workability.
Writing about his experience with the clubs on golfreview.com, phillipabbey said: "I could not believe the feel of these clubs. I hit every green but two in regulation."
The reviewer, who admitted he hadn't bought a set of new irons in a number of years, said that "it seems difficult to hit these irons poorly" and reported getting extra distance on each stroke with the
Callaway RAZR X Tour Irons.
Callaway cites the RAZR Technology as providing a solid balance of distance, accuracy and feel, and it seems this particular reviewer is in agreement.
Summing up his opinion on the
Callaway RAZR X Tour Irons, the reviewer said: "This is the first set of irons that I have ever purchased that made me instantly more confident in my game and that is after one round."
