Customised or Personalised Products Terms and Conditions
Customised and Personalised Products do not fall under our standard returns policy therefore please read through our terms and conditions below.
We have provided a small summary of some of the things to bear in mind when ordering customised products - however we urge you to read through this whole section.
- 1 Year warranty is covered by the manufacturer for factory defects
- Customised or Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once the job has been passed to the supplier
- Full payment will be required prior the job being confirmed by the supplier
- Lead times are used as estimates only and we have no control for delays that happen with the suppliers or manufacturers
- Any offers including freebies that are offered with standard option are not automatically offered to customised products. Offers will be explicitly stated within the custom build form.
These products are specially manufactured/altered by the authorised supplier of the product or by a third party appointed by the supplier. Most items are made up from components to your specification in their customisation workshops. This means the lead time for customised products from our suppliers is an average of around 2-3 weeks.
Please Note: Lead times stated against each custom/personalised item are to be used as a guide only and are based on average lead times. As the whole manufacturing process is completed and delivered by our Suppliers, we have no control over the actual lead times - and it can sometimes take longer to receive your items from the supplier. We do our best to request status updates for your order on behalf of you. The lead times are completely dependent on each supplier due to the availability of components, or if they are facing backlogs in busier periods.
Once a customised order has been placed it cannot be cancelled however you will be covered by a limited warranty for against faults or defects as stated below.
Unless stated otherwise all customised and personalised items will come with a limited manufacturer warranty against defects for a period of 13 months from the date or purchase.
Faulty products will be repaired or replaced in all cases. When a repair or replacement is not possible, only in this case we shall look to offer credit in form of gift vouchers on completion of our returns procedure.
Each customised or personalised product ordered on our website will be custom-made specifically for you by an authorised Manufacturer and therefore orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has commenced.
It is your responsibility to check and confirm the full specification displayed prior confirmation of your order. Once the manufacturing process has begun we cannot make any alterations and you will have no choice but to accept the product as delivered.
Full payment is required prior manufacturing customised or personalised products - and the order cannot be cancelled once this process has begun.
We are unable to offer any refunds on customised or personalised products.
Every effort will be made in manufacturing your customised products as per the specification supplied, however please note that minor variations are possible as each product is hand-crafted or manufactured outside of it's mass production lines. As we do not have any control over the manufacturing process, we are unable to accept any returns due to minor variation on the final product - especially when there is no difference in the quality or performance of the final product.
In the event when a customised or personalised item has been delivered to you that is different from the specification supplied - you will have the right to obtain a free replacement, or you may opt for a credit in form of gift vouchers after returning the product.
Please Note: We do not stock any components for customisation as all
orders are processed by our suppliers. This means although we maintain
the information and options regularly on our website there are times
when certain specifications may not be available with the manufacturer
or supplier. We will of course get in touch with you by email to advise
you of this, however under no circumstances can we be held responsible
for such situations.
Logo or Personalised Balls
Due to the different techniques used in the printing of balls, different jobs may result in different finishes; this may be in the form of a mat or a gloss finish. Both 'pad printing' and 'digital printing' is used on different jobs resulting in slightly different finishes.
If your artwork is not to the required standard, on occasion there may be an extra charge to re work it. We will advise you of any charges before we commence with any work.
