Very comfortable to wear; the heel pad not only allows easy access but adds to stability. Arch support is not overdone and also adds to the comfort and stability. At long last I have shoes which do not hurt my toes as they are wider at the toe end than most other shoes I have used. Would have like soft spikes as, although the grip is good, not as stable in the wet. The twist fit is easy to use but still have to bend down to do/undo them??. Price is comparable with other makes at the price.
