- Improved Super Fast Technology incorporates progressive COR, MOI & shaft length, plus ultra-light shafts & grips reduce overall club weight and increase speed, to generate meaningful distance.
- Inverted Cone Technology expands the area on the club face that delivers higher ball speed, resulting in more consistent distance from shot to shot.
- A Multi-Functional Sole with bevelled edges reduces turf resistance to deliver maximum force to the ball at impact.
- Progressive face thickness & head shape and size make every Burner® iron uniquely powerful. COR and MOI have been optimized in every iron.
Taylor Made's Multi-Functional iron sole is bevelled at the back to make it perform like a much thinner sole, which increases playability from a variety of lies, yet it also features a low & deeper centre of gravity that makes it easy to launch the ball on a powerful & penetrating flight.
The Inverted Cone is CNC-milled directly into the back side of the clubface resulting in a drastic variation in face thickness. Taylor Made's Inverted Cone Technology was developed to expand the COR zone of Taylor Made drivers.
Super Fast Technology includes lighter, longer shafts, lighter grips, larger, more forgiving club heads, higher COR clubfaces, higher launch angles and lower spin-rates. A technology developed for Burner® golf clubs to promote faster swing speed & greater distance.
