I purchased a Titleist Tour Double…
I purchased a Titleist Tour Double Canopy umbrella from this Company in October 2024.
I have used it around five times when on a windy day last weekend the shaft snapped. I emailed Golf On line and withing two hours they responded asking for photographs which I sent. This morning I received an email from Danielle at Golf On Line saying they had sent the images to Titleist who agreed to replace the item and were sending me a brand new one in the post.
This experience nowadays is unusual and exceptional and I cant recommend these guys enough.
