Please package your clubs securely and send them to the address below. Include your reference number clearly on the outside of the package or inside with the clubs. Return postage is at your own cost.

Use a sturdy box and wrap each club individually to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend a tracked and insured service - you are responsible for the clubs until they reach us.
Once received, our team will inspect your clubs and confirm the final valuation within 2-3 working days.

Trade-In Terms at a Glance

Quotes are an estimate only — your final value is confirmed once we inspect your clubs.
Your clubs must reach us within 10 working days to honour the quoted value.
£100 or more (UK, excl. Channel Islands): we send a FREE return label. Under £100: return is at your own cost.
If your clubs don’t meet the description and you want them back, a return charge applies (UK mainland: £25 if a free label was used, £10 if you paid your own postage; other areas may vary). You can instead ask us to dispose of them free of charge, or collect them within 10 working days — after which they may be disposed of.
Store credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
