If your BFPO address is outside the EU then we can ship your goods free of VAT. To remove the VAT charge from your order, simply enter the following comments in box during checkout: "PLEASE REMOVE VAT AS SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU". If it is not obvious from the delivery address that the destination is outside the EU then we will require a copy of a VAT Exemption form (form will be emailed upon request) signed by your Commanding Officer.

Please note: All orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) will automatically be exempt from United Kingdom / EU taxes and VAT. However, you may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage and clearing fees. You will get a default shipping quote of £50.00 for each order placed on our website. Once we receive the order & review the weight & volume of the order, if the carriage charge is £50.00 or less then we will amend the carriage on order accordingly & process the order. If the carriage charge is over £50.00 then you will be notified of the actual price of the shipping and you will then have the option to accept or decline. If you accept payment will be debited and your order will be processed and if you decline no payment will be debited and your order will be cancelled.

Lithium Battery Products (including Electric Trolleys): For most countries outside the UK - there will be an additional shipping cost for products with LITHIUM BATTERIES. We will confirm the cost to you before processing or confirming your order - so you will have a choice whether to accept or reject this cost and cancel the order.

The delivery-recipient will be responsible for all local taxes and duties for clearing. For more information please check with your local authority for goods clearing. The delivery charges stated below have been discounted to offer you the best value when shopping with us, although there is a maximum allowance of 30 kilos per order. When the total weight of your order goes over a reasonable cost, we will contact you to either pay the difference in shipping cost or you may reduce the size of your order.

Actual shipping cost will be calculated once we receive your order based on weight and size.

If we do not hear from you within a reasonable time, we shall cancel your order.

Orders with volumetric weight of over 20 kilos may subject to a small surcharge. If this is the case then you will be contacted before dispatch to confirm and accept the surcharges.

Some larger orders may require two separate shipments, such as an Electric Trolley ordered along with a Golf Bag.  Our system currently does not factor in shipment size (volume) and therefore, prior to shipping the products, we will contact you to inform you of any additional shipping charges, although this is normally rare and only during instances of exceptionally high shipping costs.  You will reserve the right to amend the order to make it fit into smaller shipping batches, or cancel the order.

GolfOnline uses the national postal service (Royal Mail) and a range of third party couriers including Interlink, DHL, DPD and Parcel Force to deliver products to your chosen address.

How it Works:
  • Your order is dispatched from our warehouse
  • The designated courier generates a Unique Tracking Reference number for each parcel they collect from us
  • Our system will email you these tracking references and you can use them to track your parcel
  • The designated courier delivers the parcel to your address

Important Shipping Information

Here are the quick points most customers need to know

  • Most orders are delivered to your door on weekdays between 8:30am to 6:00pm. In some cases the time can be more specific, such as a morning delivery, afternoon delivery, or delivery before a certain time.
  • Most items require a signature upon delivery.
  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends and bank holidays.
  • We carry nearly all of the items in-stock as advertised on-line. However in an event when an item is not in stock, we advise customers if there would be any delay in meeting the delivery deadline. In most cases, this can add 5 to 10 days to your dispatch date. If the delay is longer than this, we will advise you so you can either choose to wait longer or you can cancel if the order is no longer convenient for you.
  • The delivery times stated here are generally accurate, but can vary by postcode and location.
  • Goods in transit are the responsibility of the courier, however you can track the delivery online through each courier's website. We normally send the tracking number upon dispatch by email or you may also find in your account against the respective order.
  • PS: All purchases of electric trolleys outside of UK are likely to incur additional shipping costs due to the COURIER SURCHARGES for batteries. We will contact you if the there are additional costs to send out electric trolleys outside of UK - where you will have the opportunity to either accept the higher shipping charges, or remove these items, or cancel the entire order. Unfortunately we cannot control this special case as these are implied by couriers are are mandatory.
