Customer Service/Sales Advisor (Full Time)

Do you love Golf? Do you have a passion for the sport? If you do, I want to hear from you! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about selling, can deliver great customer service & work as part of our team.

We are Multichannel Golf retailer & looking for a driven, fun and excited individual who can be part of our team to run the golf store & also be able to assist us in the Ecommerce business.

Overview of role

  • To provide exceptional customer service at all times and maintain a high level of approach and conversation at all times.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of product, market trends in golf market & understanding our competitors 
  • To assist in our Ecommerce business with customer service, marketing, web content
  • To maintain the store to a high standard.
General tasks
  • Manage day to day tasks in timely manner e.g. keeping shop tidy, replenishing stock, cashing up etc.
  • Keeping orderly procedure in handling custom orders, returned goods for repairs, faulty goods etc.
  • To resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the manager
  • Custom Fit customers & advise on equipment suitable for their needs.
  • Be able to re-grip clubs
Essential Skills
  • Self-motivated, and able to work under own initiative to multi-task
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Well spoken
  • Professional at all times
  • Planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Good at problem solving
  • IT literate and competent in Excel and Word.

Warehouse Operative (Full Time)

A multi-skilled and adaptable applicant with prior experience in the industry can readily join our warehouse team. Physically and mentally adept in providing first class working practice within the warehouse environment.

Enthusiastic and willing to get involved in every aspect of warehouse management, confident communicator and all round team player.

Daily Tasks Includes:

  • Taking delivery of goods and storing them
  • Checking for damaged or missing items
  • Moving stock by hand or with machines
  • Packing and wrapping goods
  • Loading goods for sending
  • Keeping stock records
  • Cleaning the warehouse
  • Collating and processing initial order sheets for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all goods are first class
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Liaising with transport companies regarding timeframes and deadlines
  • Picking and packing
  • Making sure all stock is labelled and stored correctly
  • Carrying out health and safety checks
  • Reporting to and supporting senior staff members
  • Preparing deliveries for van drivers
  • Completing tasks within allotted time frames
  • Security in the work place
General Skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Experienced in stock management software (if not training will be provided)
  • Calm head and solid problem solver
  • Clear understanding and appreciation of health and safety procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management
  • Basic Computer Skills Required (if not training will be provided)
Dealing with goods and products that come into the warehouse or a stockroom. You'll work up to 40 hours a week may include weekends or bank holidays. With experience you could become a team leader, shift supervisor or a warehouse manager.
