The trolley comes equipped with a battery that features a Blue/Black charging socket. The battery indicator is calibrated specifically for this type of battery. Additionally, this trolley is compatible with batteries featuring a Grey/Black charging socket, although users will need to recalibrate the battery indicator when using this type:
- From the Home screen, select the Settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- If you are using a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- If you are using a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (see the PDF file above for reference)
- Press the back arrow to save your desired settings
Not compatible with pre-2024 M-Series or any other S-Series models.
It is important to note that battery capacity will gradually diminish over time and can be influenced by factors such as usage frequency, maintenance quality, and charging conditions.
