Warranty Information:

The manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who acquire this trolley from outside these regions will not be eligible for warranty coverage in their country and will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and services at their own expense.

The trolley and charger are protected under a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects occurring during normal usage. Breakage resulting from accidental damage or misuse, as outlined in the relevant manual, is not included. The lithium battery is under a separate warranty of 60 months, which can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or online via our warranty registration form.
