Callaway Jaws MD5 Raw Wedges (Steel Shaft)

I needed a gap wedge for the 90-115 yds and this has proved perfect. Being new, the grooves gives me plenty of bite to hold most greens and the distance does what it says 'on the packet'! Like all Callaway wedges it looks the part, is perfectly weighted and the large head face gives you plenty of confidence when hitting the ball. It will now rest up in my bag with my other 2 Callaway wedges - Lob & Sand - giving me full accuracy up to 70yds through to 115 yds. All I have to do is connect!

I’ve always played Titleist wedges but was intrigued by this new wedge from Callaway. I use the this wedge from 100 yards in and chipping in and around the greens. It performs very well but after using it for a few weeks I could not say it’s better or worse than Titleist. It’s definitely a premium club but performance and feel wise I feel it sits in the bracket with the other premium brands.

I wanted a good wedge and I am glad to have this Jaws. I can use it in many different situations around the green and it fits perfectly my game.
