Not one to praise companies lightly, I feel compelled to say how impressed I’ve been with GolfOnline and their team ! I purchased a new set of TaylorMade clubs, bag etc last year (after my original clubs were stolen out of my car) although didn’t have the opportunity to play much in 2025. Having managed to get out twice weekly for the last couple of months, I noticed that the bad had torn along a seem in the large pocket. I contacted GolfOnline who asked sensible questions and asked for a reasonable amount of photo proof of the damage, before getting in touch with the manufacturer and securing a replacement bag for me. That may not sound like much, but I felt supported and respected throughout my dealings with them. Their team were (are) personable, helpful, professional and considerate. Hence the shout out for a job well done !!!..

I ordered the golf club flight case for my nephew for his forthcoming golfing holiday. I was informed that it would arrive in a week of ordering but it arrived within 3 days and within the time frame. I was kept informed of delivery all the time. My nephew is very pleased with the flight case. It seemed well made and hopefully will do the job when he goes on holiday. ..
