FootJoy Mens Pro SL Carbon Golf Shoes 2022

Used for around 5 rounds now on coastal courses. Very good grip from the sole in all conditions so far. Been pretty comfy straight out the box. Defo getting better the more I wear them. Very snug around the heel to hold it in but I did find I had to really tighten them up a lot to get that. Style is actually pretty good and looks good with trousers and shorts. Being white they don’t stay clean for long but a quick wipe and they clean up pretty good. Laces off course absorb the dirt as do any stitching and won’t clean up very well. Not as comfy after a long day as previous sketchers but they only lasted a month then cracks appear. Not with this full leather shoe though. Worth paying the extra for a full leather upper. All in all a very good quality shoe.

Use Footjoy shoes for Winter golf, they are comfortable and keepyngeet dry.

Only played with them twice because of the snow but they seemed to be fine.

I prefer the conservative styling. Surprised how much price of golf shoes in general has inflated since buying my last pair …. However there does seem to be an improvement in technology which helps for better grip. Now awaiting how easy they are to clean. Only the price holds back a complete 5-star rating. However they were bought at sale price.

Give the relatively high price tag you would expect this to be a high quality shoe and it most definitely is. Very comfortable straight out of the box and excellent grip, especially as they are technically spikeless. You can’t really go wrong with any FootJoy shoe but this is one of the best I have worn. Highly recommended.

Slightly overpriced, not as wide fitting or as much under-sole cushioning as I was expecting, but otherwise a very good shoe.

I used this shoe on a pair of tournaments. My swing speed is around 125 with the driver so I need any traction the ground could offer me. I've been definitely surprised by the traction of this spike less model. Can't wait test them also on a wet course but I didn't missed a spiked shoe at all! Super cool design and performance!
