The new Scotty Cameron Phantom Black putter is influenced by the designs created for the finest golfers in the game. This distinctive putter caters to dedicated players, combining elements from professional models. The special release Phantom Black putters boast features developed on tour, such as refined shapes, alignment cues preferred by professionals, unique shaft configurations, and the elegant Tour Black finish. Incorporating chain-link face milling technology and modern head weights, every Phantom Black putter comes with a custom black Matador grip, shaft band, and headcover.
Developed alongside a prominent tour player who sought performance and alignment benefits from a specific shaft configuration, the Phantom Black 7 merges long sightlines and high MOI capabilities of the Phantom 7 model. It features Scotty’s Tour Black finish, bespoke alignment features, and a unique double bend shaft for precise setup and face-balanced performance.
Instead of hiding the shaft from the player’s view at address, the double bend shaft of the Phantom Black 7 creates an appearance akin to a plumbing neck with a “cross” angle that assists in squaring the putter during setup. Manufactured from 303 stainless steel with a 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium sole component, the Phantom Black 7 incorporates a milled sight line on the topline, customisable sole weights, chain-link face milling, and a tour-proven urethane-coated custom Matador grip.
TOUR BLACK FINISH
A finish designed for players who prefer a darker putter and to minimise glare from the sun, Scotty’s Tour Black finish features a PVD treatment applied to the stainless steel putter head, while the aluminium sole component is misted and anodised black.
CUSTOM SIGHT LINE CONFIGURATION
Featuring a milled topline and two flange lines highlighted in light grey, the Phantom Black 7 presents a custom, tour-inspired sight line configuration for expert setup and alignment.
