As a casual golfer I realised I only ever used a few clubs, so didn’t need the full bag and trolley. I wanted a small lightweight bag that would carry 4-5 clubs and a few accessories. This bag is ideal. It’s extremely lightweight. I’ve currently got 3 irons, a putter and a full golf umbrella in it. But I’ll probably not bother with the umbrella, meaning I could carry more. There’s one small zip pocket to carry a few golf balls, tees, glove and scorecard. You could also carry a lightweight wind jacket in the area above the pocket, or possibly a water bottle. The extendable legs are great as they automatically extend when you put the bag down and retract when you lift it up.
Please note: There isn’t a rain hood as mentioned in the description, but to be honest many casual golfers don’t need or use one.
In my opinion this bag is ideal for those playing a short course, for the casual player, for pitch and put, for the driving range, and for anyone who’s partner has insisted you get rid of that huge bag that’s in the way and get something to store in the cupboard!
