Motocaddy Protekta Waterproof Cart Bag

Love the way the club heads are separated. I'd prefer the 'big putter' sleeve was on the outside of the bag, but otherwise it is a great bag

Needed to replace old Big Max Silencio and wanted the new one have to be waterproof and have facility to fit on Motocaddy M5 trolley. Big Max waterproof version only available from Germany at high price. XXIO looked ok particularly as had putter tube but pricey and unsure just from pictures. Bennington was a runner but only water resistant and unsure if base had anti-rotate slot. Lighter and less bulky than I expected. Sits on the trolley well. My previous Big Max had putter tube at front/side of bag which I thought I would miss a lot. Putter fits nicely on Protekta bag but does mean I carry 13 clubs not 14 as I use one of the slots for may ball retriever. All in all great buy particularly as cam with free towel.

Great bag ,loads of space , only negative is the price a it high

Hopefully the Protekta bag club restraint setup will prevent the dreaded bag rub. The pocket linings don’t feel built to last and seem to be poor quality, but time will tell. The positioning or the carabiner hoop is too low when the bag is on my Motocaddy meaning the towel drags on the wheel.
