Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who acquire this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not be eligible for warranty in their country and must return the trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their own expense.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturing defects during normal use. Any damages resulting from accidental injury, abuse, misuse (as outlined in the relevant manual), or commercial usage are not included. Powakaddy batteries have a separate warranty (12-month lead-acid / 60-month lithium) that can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or online through our warranty registration form.
