Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who purchase this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered for warranty in their country and will be required to return the trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their cost.
The trolley (main body and components) and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use. However, any breakage caused by accidental damage or misuse (as outlined in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered.
Navee batteries come under a separate warranty lasting 36 months. Additionally, NAVEE provides an extended 5-year warranty on the battery (additional 2 years) excluding the charger, provided the battery is registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.
