The MAG-LOK® is included and attached to each new 2025 PowaKaddy Cart Bag in the range. A Hex Key is provided for swift, easy installation to a MAG-LOK® compatible PowaKaddy electric trolley. All PowaKaddy electric trolleys sold from 1st March 2023 are MAG-LOK® compatible.

The newly redesigned lithium battery technology provides 20% more power via a highly efficient near-silent drive train. Every lithium battery includes an advanced Battery Management System that safeguards the battery and trolley for prolonged life. PowaKaddy Plug ‘n’ Play™ lithium batteries sold in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland come with a 5-year pro rata warranty.

Warranty Information:
The warranty provided by the manufacturer is applicable for purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who acquire this trolley outside these regions will not have warranty coverage and must return the trolley to the UK for repairs at their own cost.

The trolley and charger are backed by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring under normal use. Damages caused by accidental incidents, misuse, or commercial use (as outlined in the manual) are not included. The Powakaddy batteries have a distinct warranty (12-month lead acid / 60-month lithium) and require registration through a "Battery Warranty Card" or via our online warranty registration process.
