Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The PXG 0811 XF Gen 2 Driver distinguishes itself with a unique set of features. While it provides less weight adjustability compared to the 0811 X model, it compensates with a heightened focus on forgiveness. This makes it an appealing option for golfers seeking a more forgiving driver that can enhance their overall performance on the course.

One notable aspect of the 0811 XF Gen 2 is its impressive consistency in spin, launch, and ball speed. This consistency contributes to a more predictable and reliable performance, allowing golfers to achieve optimal results across a range of swing conditions. Additionally, the XF version stands out with a slightly longer head than the 0811 X Gen 2, potentially offering a different feel and visual profile, catering to golfers who may prefer such characteristics in a driver

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
