Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Apex Pro 19 Irons are engineered for skilled golfers seeking a blend of control, distance, and a refined look. These irons feature a forged 1025 carbon steel construction, which provides a soft, responsive feel and exceptional feedback, crucial for precision shot-making.
The Apex Pro 19 Irons utilize Callaway’s "VFT" (Variable Face Thickness) technology to enhance ball speed and distance across the face, even on off-center hits. The "Tungsten Weighting" system strategically positions weight in the clubhead to increase stability and forgiveness, while the compact, tour-inspired design with a thin topline and minimal offset appeals to players who prefer a classic look.
Additionally, the progressive offset and refined sole design ensure smooth turf interaction and help with shot control and trajectory management. Overall, the Callaway Apex Pro 19 Irons are ideal for low-to-mid handicap golfers who want a combination of distance, control, and a sophisticated design to enhance their performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
