Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Ping Karsten 2014 irons are designed to offer a combination of forgiveness, distance, and playability, making them a strong choice for golfers seeking game-improvement features. Constructed from stainless steel, these irons feature a large, cavity-back design that enhances the moment of inertia (MOI), providing exceptional forgiveness on off-center hits and consistent performance.
The Karsten 2014 irons are characterized by their oversized heads and low, deep center of gravity (CG), which help promote higher ball flights and easier launches. The wide sole design reduces turf interaction issues, minimizing the chance of digging and improving playability from various lies. The sleek, modern profile includes a thin top line and minimal offset, which combines advanced forgiveness with a contemporary look. Additionally, the irons feature a custom tuning port to optimize the feel and sound at impact. Overall, the Ping Karsten 2014 irons deliver a high-performance option that balances distance, forgiveness, and ease of use, making them suitable for golfers looking to enhance their game with forgiving and versatile irons.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
