Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

A powerful, low-spinning Tour-level driver that’s also incredibly forgiving — an unheard of combination. Its high speed / low-spin characteristics make it particularly appealing to Tour pros, yet Epic Sub Zero is so exceptionally forgiving and easy to launch that a wide range of players will want to play it. Key to Epic Sub Zero’s breakthrough performance is our patent-pending Jailbreak Technology, which profoundly changes how the head and face behave to increase ball speed and distance. Jailbreak positions two ultra-light (3g), ultra-strong titanium bars behind the face, connected to the crown and sole. Jailbreak bars reduce crown and sole deflection, allowing the face to take on more impact-load. Jailbreak focuses more of the head’s energy on the ball – physicists call this “energy lensing” –by promoting faster ball speed across a much larger area of the face.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
