Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Callaway Apex Pro 16 Irons are crafted for skilled golfers who seek precision, control, and a premium feel. Made with forged 1025 carbon steel, these irons deliver a soft, responsive feel and excellent feedback, ideal for advanced players.
Featuring a sleek, tour-inspired design with a compact clubhead, thin topline, and minimal offset, the Apex Pro 16 Irons offer enhanced shot-shaping capabilities. Callaway’s "16-4 Stainless Steel Face" technology optimizes face thickness for increased ball speed and forgiveness, even on off-center hits.
The irons also have a progressive center of gravity (CG) placement tailored to each iron's loft and length, enhancing control and stability. The refined sole design ensures smooth turf interaction and solid contact from various lies. Overall, the Callaway Apex Pro 16 Irons are perfect for low-handicap golfers who desire a mix of control, distance, and a classic look, providing the performance needed for precision on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
