Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. Callaway changed the way golfers look at driver construction by using Artificial Intelligence to create Flash Face technology in its Epic Flash drivers for 2019. In 2020, Callaway took the use of Artificial Intelligence to a new level with the Mavrik series. The supercomputers Callaway has invested in can create thousands of prototypes before arriving at a completely new and non-intuitive face architecture specifically for each Mavrik metalwood. The standard Mavrik driver offers high ball speeds and improved aerodynamics through a new shape that also promotes a moderate draw bias and high MOI, which will benefit most golfers.

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
