Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Engineered for high launch and forgiving performance, the Titleist TSR2 Fairway Wood excels in delivering maximum forgiveness, boasting the lowest center of gravity (CG) among all Titleist Fairways. This design promotes impressive speed and a higher flight without inducing excessive backspin. The introduction of a new Open Hosel Construction enhances the sound and feel of the TSR2, swiftly earning it favor among players. The innovative Open Hosel design strategically removes unwanted weight, allowing Titleist engineers to make substantial improvements to various performance aspects. This includes a dramatic shift in the CG, resulting in the lowest ever for an all-steel construction and facilitating a fast, high, and pure ball flight without the typical backspin associated with deep CG clubs. Beyond enhancing ball flight, these engineering enhancements contribute to a more powerful sound and feel, providing players with the lively response they seek with every strike.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
