Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Apex 21 Irons are engineered to deliver a combination of distance, forgiveness, and classic styling, catering to golfers who seek high performance and precision. These irons feature a forged 1025 carbon steel construction, which provides a soft, responsive feel and excellent feedback, crucial for skilled players.
Incorporating Callaway’s "Flash Face Cup" technology, the Apex 21 Irons optimize face thickness to enhance ball speed and distance across the entire face, even on off-center hits. The irons also utilize "Tungsten Weighting," which strategically positions weight in the clubhead to improve stability and increase forgiveness, helping to ensure consistent performance.
The sleek, tour-inspired design includes a thin topline and minimal offset, offering a classic look that appeals to advanced players. The progressive offset and refined sole design ensure smooth turf interaction, aiding in shot control and trajectory management. Overall, the Callaway Apex 21 Irons are ideal for low-to-mid handicap golfers seeking a blend of distance, control, and sophisticated design to enhance their game on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
