Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Paradym Irons are designed to offer a premium blend of distance, forgiveness, and playability, making them suitable for a wide range of golfers. These irons feature a large, cavity-backed clubhead with a wide sole, which helps to lower the center of gravity (CG) and increase the Moment of Inertia (MOI). This design promotes higher ball launches and enhances forgiveness on off-center hits, providing greater consistency and confidence.
The Paradym Irons incorporate Callaway’s advanced "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Designed Face" technology, which optimizes the face thickness to boost ball speed and distance across the entire face. The irons also feature "Tungsten Weighting," strategically positioned to improve stability and enhance the CG for a more forgiving and powerful performance.
Additionally, the irons are designed with a wide sole to support smooth turf interaction, helping to reduce fat or thin shots and ensure cleaner contact from various lies. The progressive offset design aids in squaring the clubface at impact, promoting straighter shots and minimizing slices. Overall, the Callaway Paradym Irons are ideal for golfers seeking a combination of advanced technology, forgiveness, and ease of use to elevate their game on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
