Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Steelhead XR Pro Irons are engineered to deliver a blend of distance, control, and a sleek, tour-inspired look. These irons feature a classic, compact head shape with a thin topline and minimal offset, appealing to golfers who prefer a traditional design while benefiting from modern performance technologies.
Constructed with a 360 Face Cup technology, the Steelhead XR Pro Irons optimize face thickness to enhance ball speed and distance across the entire face. This technology helps ensure strong performance even on off-center hits, providing both forgiveness and distance. The forged 1025 carbon steel body offers a soft, responsive feel, delivering excellent feedback and control.
Additionally, the Steelhead XR Pro Irons feature a strategically placed center of gravity (CG) to improve control and stability, promoting a more penetrating ball flight and precise trajectory management. The irons also incorporate a progressive offset design that aids in squaring the clubface at impact, helping to produce straighter shots and reduce slices.
Overall, the Callaway Steelhead XR Pro Irons are ideal for low-to-mid handicap golfers seeking a combination of distance, control, and a refined, classic look to enhance their performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
