Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Ping i500 irons are designed to offer a high level of performance with a focus on distance, forgiveness, and sleek aesthetics. Constructed from stainless steel, these irons feature a hollow-body design that combines advanced technology with a modern, clean look.
The i500 irons are known for their compact, muscle-back appearance, featuring a thin top line and minimal offset, which enhances shot control and workability. The hollow-body construction includes a Cavity Back design and a thin, forged face that increases ball speed and distance while maintaining a responsive feel. This design also incorporates Ping’s innovative COR-Eye technology, which enhances face flexibility to improve launch conditions and forgiveness on off-center hits. Additionally, the low center of gravity (CG) helps achieve consistent ball flights and reliable performance from various lies. Overall, the Ping i500 irons deliver a high-performance option that blends distance, forgiveness, and a sophisticated appearance, making them ideal for golfers seeking a balance of advanced technology and classic design in their iron play.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
