Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway XR Pro Irons are designed for golfers who seek a blend of distance, control, and a sleek, tour-inspired look. These irons feature a compact, player-friendly head shape with a thin topline and minimal offset, catering to skilled golfers who prefer a traditional appearance while benefiting from modern technology.

The XR Pro Irons incorporate Callaway's "Speed Step" technology, which optimizes the clubface design to enhance ball speed and distance across the entire face. This technology ensures that even off-center hits maintain strong performance, providing both distance and forgiveness. The forged 1025 carbon steel construction offers a soft, responsive feel and excellent feedback, crucial for precise shot-making.

Additionally, the XR Pro Irons feature a strategically placed center of gravity (CG) to enhance control and stability. This placement promotes a more penetrating ball flight and improved trajectory management. The irons also include a progressive offset design that helps golfers square the clubface at impact, reducing slices and promoting straighter shots.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
