Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Introducing the Rescue with a Twist, featuring the innovative Twist Face technology for straighter and longer mis-hits, a breakthrough now available in hybrids. Twist Face introduces a revolutionary face curvature with corrective angles on off-center hits, engineered to minimize side spin and promote straighter shots, a game-changer for golfers seeking consistency. Its low center of gravity and steel-body construction offer a thin, fast face, enhancing ball speed and overall distance, while the stepped crown ensures a lower CG and effortless alignment. With an advanced Speed Pocket design featuring a TPU slot insert for improved turf interaction and enhanced slot flexibility, this hybrid delivers a larger COR area and superior off-center performance, particularly on low-face strikes. Revolutionize your game with the Rescue with a Twist, combining cutting-edge technology with exceptional playability for unmatched performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
